International Abortion Company Illegally Ships Abortion Drugs to Pro-Life States
Aug 22, 2025 by FACT
Abortion may be illegal throughout all nine months in Tennessee, but that hasn’t stopped an international pharmaceutical company from shipping dangerous abortion-inducing drugs to women in our state.
A study recently published by the Journal of the American Medical Association (JAMA) reviewed data from 118,338 chemical abortion pill packs issued from July 2023 to September 2024 by the European abortion network Aid Access. The group’s founder, Rebecca Gomperts, was a co-author of the study.
The study revealed this shocking detail: 84% of the pill packs were mailed to states that do not allow abortion pills to be dispensed without first seeing a doctor in person.
Aid Access isn’t hiding this fact – in fact, they’re proud of it. The company’s stated goal is to provide abortion pills to “women who do not have the possibility of accessing local abortion services.” Their website also notes that “Aid Access facilitated over 200,000 online abortions to women in the USA since its start in 2018.”
Let that sink in. Over 200,000 Americans are not alive today because a foreign pharmaceutical company is providing life-ending drugs to women in our nation, oftentimes in violation of state law.
Earlier this month, a Texas woman filed a lawsuit against the father of her deceased child after he “murdered [her] unborn child by secretly dissolving abortion pills into a hot beverage that he had prepared and tricking [her] into drinking it.” Where did he obtain the illegal abortion pills? Aid Access.
A foreign abortion drug network is not only helping women violate state law to kill their unborn children, but they are enabling abusers to do the same.
“The unregulated, no-oversight distribution of contraceptive and abortion pills across state lines has become arguably the abortion lobby’s most effective tactic for preserving abortion ‘access,’” LifeSite News noted.
How do we know Aid Access is impacting Tennessee?
In the JAMA study, the following chart highlighted “county-level telemedicine abortion provision rates.” This map shows that hundreds of abortion packs were provided to residents in our state.
An article from the student newspaper, The Vanderbilt Hustler, titled “A guide on getting an abortion while living in Tennessee,” shares the following information:
That’s it — $150 on a payment plan to kill a human being in the womb.
“Medication abortion, pills that can induce abortions early in a pregnancy, have been illegal to prescribe in Tennessee since the Dobbs decision,” The Tennessee Lookout reported. “Since 2022, it has been illegal to distribute the medication ‘via courier, delivery, or mail service.’”
There’s no question that Aid Access operating in Tennessee is a violation of state law. Yet nothing is being done to stop them. The abortion network even has an entire page dedicated to obtaining abortion pills in our state.
International pharmaceutical companies are subverting the sovereignty of our state laws. It’s time for the federal government to step in and prevent Aid Access and other radical abortion networks from undermining pro-life laws established by the will of the people.

Since Tennessee restricts access to Telehealth abortions, another option is to do an online consultation via AidAccess. After the consultation, a doctor will mail mifepristone and misoprostol straight to you. In Tennessee, the medicine will come from European doctors due to legal restrictions in the state. It will take one to three weeks to arrive, so be mindful of timing. Remember, medicated abortion is only safe for those 10 weeks pregnant or under.
Using AidAccess is the cheapest and simplest way to receive abortion pills in Tennessee. However, other options include mail-forwarding and online pharmacies.
Pills from AidAccess cost [$150], but the company is willing to work with you financially if you are unable to pay immediately.
