School District Policy that Deceives Parents on Child’s Perceived “Gender Identity” is Challenged

A group of anonymous parents have filed a lawsuit against the Madison (Wisconsin) Metropolitan School District challenging a district policy that encourages teachers to assist students to pursue transitioning to a different gender identity to include the use of a new name and pronouns to while at school. Not only does the policy allow this activity without notifying parents, it also allows teachers and staff to actively conceal the information from parents.
U.S. Supreme Court Refuses to Enjoin Nevada Executive Order Limiting Church Attendance

In a one sentence order last Friday, the U.S. Supreme Court refused to enjoin the enforcement of Nevada Governor Steve Sisolak’s Directive 021 limiting church attendance to 50 people while a lower court ruling adverse to Calvary Chapel Dayton Valley is being appealed. Chief Justice John Roberts joined the four more liberal judges in refusing to hear the matter.

On Monday, the FDA appealed the federal ruling, citing the importance of in-person physician consultations for women seeking an abortion.
